Cave romane is an ancient quarry dating back to roman times, played a crucial role in the construction of the pula arena under emperor vespasian's command. Today, it stands as a reminder of ancient craftsmanship and the architectural legacy of the roman empire. Carved into 50-meter limestone walls, cave romane is nestled in the small village of vinkuran which is located next to the city of pula.
