Experimental Field

The "Experimental Field" project and the 21st International Festival of Experimental Film and Video Art Metakansk present their joint art program “In Search of Language” in Belgrade, from September 27 to October 1, 2024, at KcGrad and KcMagacin.

"Experimental Field," founded over 8 years ago, is a self-organized artists' initiative aimed at fostering a collaborative environment for artistic exploration. It has hosted over 15 exhibitions and 20 music performances.

The Metakansk festival, with over 20 years of success, will screen its international short film competition from September 27 to 29 at KcGrad, featuring works from 18 countries. The final day is reserved for Serbian films, with a jury including Luka Jovanov and Mihailo Ristić.

Additionally, Experimental Field will launch ART LAB from September 27 to October 1 at KC MAGACIN/Ostavinska, encouraging collaboration between artists from the Balkans and Russian-speaking regions.
