◥ CRNO DETE
Crno Dete (Black Child) is a cult ensemble made of prominent members of the Belgrade's creative music scene. Founded by Damjan Brkić (Klopka za Pionira) on guitar and Milan Bukejlović (Petrol, Virvel) on drums, the duo travelled through various musical paths rooted in alternative rock and noise rock, as well as Middle Eastern and Balkan folk music, before finally settling on free improvisation. With the addition of Tomislav Marjanović on saxophone, another versatile musician of the Serbian scene, their music acquired a punk jazz flavor, even though defying that or any other clear categorization. The unique, explosive, noisy, melodic, powerful, unpredictable, head-cleansing live performances of Crno Dete are something that any open-minded listener should witness at least once in their life, though ideally on a regular basis as some form of medicine.

◥ SVETLOST {Skopje}
Formed in 2014, Svetlost is a prominent dark jazz trio from the rich jazz scene of Macedonia. Their music is characterized by an energetic, intricate rhythm section provided by Kristijan Novkovski on drums and Deni Omeragić on double bass and electric bass, which creates a dynamic backdrop for the passionate, melodic, modal phrases of Ninoslav Spirovski's clarinet and saxophone. The result is punky, heavy and elegant all at the same time, like a splendid but damaged monument to a human catastrophe.
At the beginning of 2024, the trio regrouped with a renewed focus, and created their most profound artistic material to date, under the name Everything Was As It Had Been A Minute Ago (co-published by PMGJazz and Inverted Spectrum Records), inspired by moments of personal loss, profound feelings of alienation, disillusion with the prospect of social equality, compassion for the victims of new wars, and a davidian struggle against the mammoth capitalist machine. The trio's new recording, like their previous release which captured them in their 11-piece orchestral form, was featured by Bandcamp Daily among "the most notable jazz releases of the month."
On this tour, Svetlost will be accompanied by the acclaimed violinist, electronic musician and composer Gligor Kondovski who will join them on several songs.
