Sacha Mambo, Hetem, and Edin

For the first time since its opening, DJs from the Karmakoma team, Sacha Mambo, Hetem, and Edin, are on the same bill!

Three different directions will find a sweet spot for the dance floor they know so well.

Sacha Mambo (@sachamambo) has been a staple of Belgrade’s scene since his move here. As a program director at Karmakoma, and despite being a warrior against the algorithm, he’s directly shaping your moves and thoughts about the Serbian capital’s nightlife. He’s done it worldwide before with his largest body of work - the @macadam_mambo label. Some like him in the downtempo arena, where he showcases unparalleled knowledge; others say he’s their favorite prime-time spice. Whatever he does, it’s backed up by a library of many records and many hours of spinning.

Hetem (@strahinja___b), a name that predates all three clubs it is closely related to now: Drugstore, Karmakoma, and Para. Available in two modes. The first one residing in the power ambient and drone, mostly done in live sessions, some of which were released on New York City’s Grinch Productions, or some that are ready and stocked in vaults of the unreleased. Or its nightclub counterpart, an Eastern European type of techno that Hetem saves for DJing. Both are born out of the industrial breath of Belgrade. Wear a mask.

Edin (@edin__oma) hails from the first row of Belgrade’s insatiable dance floors. While being Drugstore/Karmakoma online omnivoice in parallel, Edin has been shaping his idiosyncratic expression all around. Since 2013, his phone calls from the Bardo have been broadcast by platforms like Intergalactic FM, Mutant Radio, whypeopledance, and Comme Des Larmes. Predictability be gone; genre, rules, or good behavior go out the window when face-to-face with nightclub warfare classicore.
