Thomas Lea Clarke won't be in Belgrade for the first time, only this time, he's bringing the entire family.

Phase Group Records co-founder was already a Disco not Disco guest, but back then, he didn't have an entire band that he'll play with moments before his DJ set (Check out Trystero Live at Dim). With releases on Offen, Optimo or Neubau, Mr TC gained a steady following, mostly dancefloor's know-it-alls into his leftfield psychedelia. But more importantly, it's his Phase Group that has released a four-tracker by Belgrade's Andria!

With Low Bat it's about what you see first, a bat flying low, or a battery running low. Whatever it is, you need charging, baby. Once a booker for Arkaoda, programmer at Mutant Radio, or a regular at Malka Tuti or Sameheads nights, Low Bat is everywhere, looking at you behind the mic with Reymour or behind the drums with Marcel De Sie. Now a full-time teacher in Northern France, Low Bat seems to have just started his mission.
